To volunteer for our annual event on November 1, 2012 from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m., please complete the following form.  Volunteers are needed for: Entrance and Exit points; Orientation; escorts; host;  clothing set up; food service;  food distrubition; and parking lot attendents.
