We had a good day servicing 69 Lapeer Families.

 We had another good day at the Human Development Commission serving 25 clients including a homeless mother and her son.

 For 2011 we had a total of 177 Lapeer citizens in need picked up colthing from the trailer.

Up Coming Events For The Clothing Trailer

The Project Homeless Connect trailer is a mobile clothing donation center.  Donated men's, women's, and children's clothes are available free to anyone who is in need of clothing. The trailer will be set up at many events throughout Lapeer County.

Clothing items can be donated by calling Ron Belcher @ (810) 338-2755 and I will make arrangments to pick them up.

We are in need of winter coats, gloves, boots, hats, and blankets.

Clothing items also can be dropped off at the New to You Consignment & Resale Store.1785 W. Genesee Road. (located between Big Lots and the American Legion). The items will then be sold and the funds go into an account so homeless individuals can shop according to their  needs.

Personal care items such as shampoo, soap,  deodorant,  tooth brushes, tooth paste and combs,can be dropped off at the New To You Consignment & Resale Store 1785 W. Genesee Road  in Lapeer.
